A meeting on the 2020 Census was held at Town Hall on October 10. Speakers included Mindy Domb, Rep. Paul Mark (House Committee on Redistricting), and Georgia Lowe (US Census Bureau).

On a beautiful autumn Saturday morning, 100-150 volunteers converged on Groff Park in Amherst for the Fort River Watershed's section of the Connecticut River Conservancy's Source to Sea Cleanup, armed with large plastic bags.

The League of Women Voters sponsored a forum for candidates for town-wide office on October 28 at the Bangs Center, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.  Election Day is November 5.
